Dr. Kramer earned his M.D. and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Hadassah Medical School, Hebrew University, Jerusalem. He has worked extensively within Israel and is a member of numerous major national and international societies for pulmonologists. Dr Kramer is running the lung transplant program in Israel were close to 200 lung and heart lung transplants were performed
