Mordechai Reuben Kramer, M.D. Director of Pulmonary Medicine Dr. Kramer earned his M.D. and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Hadassah Medical School, Hebrew University, Jerusalem. He has worked extensively within Israel and is a member of numerous major national and international societies for pulmonologists. The HOD Society will not share personal information with either party without prior consent from both parties. The HOD Society may share basic medical information, such as blood type, to determine preliminary compatibility of the parties
